Service Terms Acceptance

By using MusicFix services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Booking a repair constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined in this agreement.

Pricing and Estimates

All repair costs are clearly communicated before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.

Warranty Coverage

We provide 90-day warranty on all repair work performed by MusicFix. Warranty covers workmanship and parts installed during the repair service.

MusicFix User Responsibilities — your obligations as a customer

Instrument Ownership Verification

Customers must provide proof of ownership for all instruments submitted for repair. We reserve the right to refuse service for instruments with questionable ownership or lacking proper documentation.

  • Valid ID required for all service bookings

  • Proof of purchase for high-value instruments

  • Written authorization for third-party repairs

  • Accurate contact information mandatory

Payment and Billing Obligations

Customers are responsible for full payment upon completion of approved repair work. We accept multiple payment methods and provide detailed invoices for all transactions.
